My goodness I am getting lazy. Eleven days since my last blog.
I ran 2 miles on Monday, 2 miles on Tuesday and walked 2.5 miles on Friday. Recovering from the 40 mile 2 weeks ago.
I am trying to get back into a regular schedule again. This weekend I am doing some track events.
my total for the month:
Monday 2 miles
Tuesday 2 miles
Friday 2.5 miles
Total for the week 6.5 miles
Total miles to date from June 1 406.5 miles
