SATURDAY, another day up and running at 7:04 am. I have been having a lousy time getting motivated to run the last couple of days. Yesterday I ran only a short distance. Just didn't feel like running. Need to make some (kick-of-poy-joy juice) to get my energy up. Or how about just eating 6 teaspoons of sugar?????
I ran 2.7 miles this morning, I know it is a long way from 80 miles, but I am out there:)
I am planning on doing a couple of 15 to 28 mile runs in the next 14 days.
I was really warm this morning. The temperature was 39 degrees and I wore too many clothes. High humidity.....
Let's see is there any more things that I can use for an excuse????
