Ran 6 miles this morning with Phil. He was OK today. The wind was blowing at about 6 to 30 mph. The 6 miles was a moderately hilly course. We ran at 11 to 12 minutes for the course. 70 minutes total time. The temperature was 44 %.

March 26 Monday
Ran 4 miles with Philip. He was not feeling well and ran only 1 mile. I finished the 4 mile run on my own. It was a calm 43 degree morning.
The "man of steel" won again.
